Rubbing iron objects at bee sting site is a recommended process. Bees leave their sting in our flesh when they attack on us. The sting if left inside leads to infection and pus formation. Rubbing iron objects at affected sites is a process by which the bee sting comes out.
The stings can otherwise be taken out manually or by rubbing lemon or any other soft but non irritating material.
