I think cascade process never considers air as a determining factor of rate of clotting of blood.....
Further if u dig deep in to the concept. U can observe the following:
•The red scùm on wound is dead formed elements of blood + some protenicious factors nd small impurities which help in blood coagulation.
•so the impure particles in air can enchance coagulation of blood but has no significant effect in increasing rate.
•And if u mean absence of air as vacuum in ur question then ans is blood clotting get enchanced in presence of air.
So thats ur answer.

Now u r free to do it anything with my answer but plss READ IT completly. And verify if the my ans or its ideas are present in web or not. If u found so plss provide the website where u found it.
