Does both c3 and c4 leaves have same type of mesophyll cells?

⏩Both C3 and C4 plants have same type of mesophyll cells with respect to type of chloroplast, but mesophyll cells of C4 do not carry out C3 cycle like mesophyll of C3 plants.
