Does calcification in the parenchyma of the head of pancreas need surgery

i did not sure about that because i am not a surgeon but it's depend on the calcification area and there is duct called pancreatic duct if that calcification does not intrupt the duct and does not cause the pain then there may be a wait and watch stretegy for that because it is best for our body that as much as possible not to operate and surgery is last scope in most condition but in some condition preventive surgery is also done for avoid future complication of that calcification.
