Does cbse board exams for class 10 have different papers ...like different sets.
And also are there like outside delhi , inside delhi, foreign like that ....
And do they count IT marks in the baord exams

according to me this is false
This all depends on the board pattern as it was in 2017-18 board exam all the papers throughout India were same and there is no minor subject like IT so the marks OF IT doesn't effect our performance there.

yes but the sets have no huge differences other than rearranged questions.
as for relative position to delhi there is no such thing. the same 30 questions are attempted by everyone countrywide. they'll count 6 of your subjects for the report card and they're pretty much already decided.
math,science,sst, and 2 languages.
