Marks of 10th, 12th and your BCA's overall percentage matters. Various MNC's sets these as parameters to filter the right candidates for them. Many MNC's wants candidates with atleast 70% in their school and college degree.
Even if you get a backlog in any of the subjects, in any semester this will also filter you out from the interview process.
I know maintaining these criterias is hard but it is doable. I'll also recommend that you should start working and gain experience in the area which you want to work and also if possible try working on your own start-ups, projects. Anything extra from the majority will help in securing a nice job.
