Does conductor get positively charged after the electric current passes through it?

yes it is true because conducter get positive current

itsmesonucob: When current flows through a conductor it doesn't acquire any net charge because there is no accumulation of charge at any region.In other words we say a substance to be charged if and only if charges get accumulated at any end of conductor.In this case conductor will have no net charge

no conductor do not get charged as it allows the current to follow  to them with ease
