Molar conductance is dependent on the concentration of the electrolyte. When the solution is dilute the number of ions available per unit volume reduces, resulting in the reduction of the conductivity. Therefore, molar conductance increases with dilution.

We can't say specifically that it helps or it doesn't help because both the cases are possible.

On increasing the dilution, the conductance gets increased. This happens because on dilution the interionic force of attraction gets decreased in the strong electrolyte hence overall conductance increases.

But on dilution in the weak electrolyte the degree of the dissociation gets increased which leads to increase in the specific conductance.

While conductance increases in case of the equivalent & molar because molarity gets reduced in the dilution.
