NO
Displacement of an object in not at all dependent on the frame of reference.
ex:-An object is kept in front of you. Mark the initial position of the object. Now move the object 5 meters away from the initial position and mark the path that the object retraces.
You can now say that a displacement of 5m has taken place.
Now you yourself go away from the initial position by any distance and look at the path retraced by the object.
You will notice that no matter how far or in which direction you move, the path will remain  the same.
THANK U
HOPE IT HELPS
