Does distilled water conduct electricity ??give reason

No because in distilled water , there is no impurities means it is free of ions. So, without ions, electricity can't paas.

No distilled water cannot conduct electric current because it has no any electron or proton present in them. They are most filterised water and while filtering its all charge gone out. And we know that to conduct electric current there must be presence of ion in that substance.
But when we put a drop of Sulphuric acid then pure water will show ionic development and can conduct electric current easily because Sulphuric acid will also make the Pure water to be Impure.
