Does drawing affect capital? If yes, what does it affect, assets or liabilities?

Answer:

hyyy mate

When we say drawings, two accounts have movements. The first account is cash. Cash (Asset) will decrease so we credited and the owner equity (liability) also will decrease. So nothing will appear on the asset side because drawing is related to owner equity and is the offset of contribution.
