does education reflect political interests of the ruling regime? critically discuss.

Education is not supposed to be controlled by the ruling parties or any group other than the Constitution of that state, but since ruling parties want to influence the future generations in their favour, they can possibly control the curriculum designers without any legal procedures, to modify the curriculum and contents according to their beliefs. However, there are legal routes for the ruling party or courts to influence the education system.

such motivated influences through illegal ways are often made in the subjects like History, Literature, etc., where factual proofs have grey areas in the subject itself.
