does everybody have a cosy bed to loe in when it rains? look around you and describe how different kinds of people or animals spend time, seek shelter etc. during rain.

Life is not comfortable for all to have a house or a cosy bed to relax. Some poor people just while away here and there. In times of rain, they really suffer a lot, especially children and old people. They take shelter in whatever available places like shop or house entrances, public buildings, and cover themselves with whatever minimal clothing they have.
During heavy floods, the government gives them protection and food in public buildings like schools, halls etc. It is so pathetic to see them suffering when it’s all cold and wet everywhere. The plight of street animals is even worse, where they just get dizzy and shiver in the cold or try to hide up wherever they can. Less do we realize their sufferings since we all stay indoors. So during such emergency situations, we must help them to give some protection.
