There are many people who don't have their homes and they live on the streets or small places.
There are some people who live in small huts and when it rains heavily their huts get destroyed and these kind of people get many difficulties..
When it rains the animals try to get shelter..

No.... many people those who are not having enough money are suffering a lot in rainy days. They didn't even get proper shelter to pass out the night. Government should try their best to help out those people by providing them houses.Animals too are having problems in these situations.
