Yes , everyone has an inner eye. In the poem,"Daffodils", inner eye refers to the memory of the poet. The poet's memory was the vision of ten thousand beautiful daffodils which he saw dancing beside the lake and beneath the trees. As we know that William Wordsworth was a romantic poet ( romantic meaning in love with nature ) and what is important in romantic poetry is poet's oneness with nature. You may recognise when we are alone, we recall out past memories. Therefore , everyone has an inner eye.
