yes i do belive exams mesure meomory learning because what are in are exams pertain to information we might have been taught in the begging of the year or even last year and do to that fact you might not have gone obver that it uses are memory recall system meaning it mesuers how far back that information was givin to us mesuring are meomorys span of life more or les hope this helps
