Does fish of a pond have higher concentration of pesticides as compared to a plankton of the same pond

Yes, because fishes have too much complexity than that of the plankton.
Secondly, they needed much more amount of dissolved oxygen to respire. With oxygen much amount of harmful pesticides also get in, in their body.
