Answer:

Science cannot “prove” that there is no God. It’s impossible to “give evidence” for the “non-existence of something” (in similar fashion, you cannot prove that unicorn or gremlin does NOT exist). In fact science never even made any claims that there is no God of any kind, science is open. Science teach us to be skeptical of any claims without evidence.

However, science can reasonably assert that all those “supernatural” miracles (from scriptures) that claims to have occurred are hogwash.

Virgin Birth - given our understanding of how DNA must works in pair. Half from male sperm, half from female eggs.

Resurrection - from repeated observation of hundred of millions of cases. No one ever raises from dead. There might be cases of people mistaken for death, and raise from it. But no one raises from dead.

Turning water into wine. Wine is made of alcohol. It’s composed of carbon molecule. Water is H20.

Walking on Water - Gravity cannot be broken. Many magicians in modern days have demonstrated such action, but they are all fake and none of that have supernatural cause.

Flying to the moon on Wing Horses - Aside from no such thing as wing horses, flying on wing just does not work in space without atmosphere. Only ignorant people from hundreds of years ago would believe that.

Splitting of the moon - The moon is still here. It’s not split and never been split. Any creature the size of a human being would not be able to split the moon.

Ironically, in 21st Century, many similar miracles were claimed by “Sathya Sai Baba” , an Indian guru (called a “Living God”) who had half a million followers. Many of his follower would testify with eye-witness accounts of many of the miracles he has performed.

Any reasonable person ought to ask why you should be skeptical of one but not the other. Why one does not even deserve your time in finding out, while the other you would organize your life around as a legitimate project. Particularly they were stories from ancient times, in ignorant societies, and with stories being passed down through centuries.
