no it increase with height because on high altitude there is scarcity of oxygen so when we inhale what ever amount of oxygen is inhaled heamoglobin combins with that much amount of oxygen an supplies it in all parts of the body

The haemoglobin content increases at altitude. This happens so that higher amounts of oxygen can be captured. However, when there is too much haemoglobin, blood becomes sticky and viscous and it is harder for the heart to pump the blood around the body. This happens in chronic mountain sickness.
