Yes the good handwriting matters because Every schools the answer sheet is checked by the teacher according to the way you present your answer neatly and in colleges the answer sheet is checked by the scanners which is connected to the computer and if you have poor writing the scanners keeps your answer sheet. so, yes the good handwriting matters.
