does happiness lies in knowledge or in wealth

I think the happiness lies in knowledge because when we have enough of knowledge we can easily get how much ever wealth we want. the happiness would every time lie in the side of the knowledge only but not the by the side of the wealth.

According to me, happiness lies in knowledge because knowledge is the key to success and on the other hand wealth is something that can be stolen but knowledge can not be !
