does human life also exist in other galaxies​

Life, possibly. But I’m not so sure about humans.

I can’t imagine why humans, in particular, would exist in another galaxy. The factors that helped us evolve the way we did here would have to be similar to such a degree that it would actually be evidence for “intelligent meddling” for such an outcome, in my opinion.

As to whether we are capable of existing there…maybe. If there is another hospitable place for us, or we develop the technologies to turn inhospitable places hospitable.
