Yes, IGNOU provides character certificate after completion of the IGNOU Degree for Future use or for obtaining Employment in the companies.
In order to receive character certificate firstly your records should asses sable at your opted IGNOU Regional Center. For IGNOU character certificate one can communicate their Regional Center but one should also mention about their study center because in order to provide certificate Regional Center needs to communicate with your Study Center about your conduct as a learner.
