Does it usually get much warmer in the summer than in the winter there? (Refer picture)

here u can see as given above the information that

in Singapore usually the temperature is warmer whole year and average it's around 27.8°C

in Shanghai the temperature rises in the months of June to August and slightly cold in rest of the year

But in Vladivostok the temperature rises in summer very high and fall in winters and therefore it has an average temperature of 3.9°C.

So yes the temperature rises in summer as compared to the winter.
