Does law violates in reflectin why and why not

This happens because of the presence of irregular microscopic surfaces. Hence, parallel incident rays reflect in different directions. However, each ray obeys the laws of reflection. Therefore,laws of reflections are not violated in diffused or irregular reflections

If by “the law of reflection” that means “angle of incidence equals the angle of reflection” - then no, it does not.

That is only a “rule of thumb” for very shiny surfaces similar to mirrors.

Diffuse reflection follows “Lambert’s law” - which is also a rough calculation saying that the amount of light reflected depends on the cosine of the angle of incidence of the beam to the normal at every point on the surface.
