yes , it does affect the water table and the percolation rate as concrete doesnt allow any or any water to seep down the ground so the water table so the water table isnt increased and rather decreased when we use groundwater.
percolation rate is affected too when water doesnt seep down there there is no percolation of water.
but it doesnt affect the places which arent concrete.
