Nelson Mandela told that neither the oppressed nor the oppressor is free. First the one who is oppressed is of course not free that's why he is called the oppressed. But as for the Oppressor, according to him, he is also not free because when he takes away the freedom of another person he gets surrounded and bounded by the shackles of Hatred and Narrow mindedness. Thus he is also not free.
