Does Markonikov rule only applicable for hydrogen halides? ​

Explanation:

The hydrogen from the reactant (H-X or other) will be added to the least substituted carbon because of the increased stability of more substituted carbocations. Anti-Markovnikov's rule - in anti-Markovnikov addition (e.g. Hydroboration-Oxidation), the hydrogen will, instead, get added to the more substituted carbon.

yes it is absolutely applicable.... it is suitable in addition of hydrog en halide ( haloacid) or water in unsaturated hydrocarbon..
