Does moon have both rotational and revolutional motion if yes then why can't we see the dark side of moon.

The reason is the Moon is tidally locked to the Earth. This means that the Moon completes an orbit around the Earth in approximately the same time it takes for it to rotate once on its own axis, letting us only see one side. On the following image you can see a representation of this effect on the left.
