Moon rotates on its Axis but we cannot visualise it because the rotation of Moon is equal to the speed of revolution it does for our Earth we can see only one side of moon because it rotates along with it revolves in the same speed

it takes 27 days to complete 1 rotation which is equal to the time that it takes to complete 1 revolution around the earth
