does mustard oil turns solid if we keep it in the deep freezer

Answer: If it's below -15 degree Celsius then the mustard oil will freeze as it's freezing point is around -15 degree Celsius. Generally most freezers come up with -18 degree Celsius temperature, so most probably you will get a solidified mustard oil

Mustard oil may have freezing point in range of -5 degree Celsius to -10 degree Celsius
Refrigerators generally will maintain temperature of around 4 degree Celsius. So mustard oil will not freeze, but may thicken in the refrigerator section
Freezer compartments in a refrigerator  are maintained at -15 degree Celsius to -18 degree Celsius. SO Mustard oil kept in freezer will freeze
