Does pencil lead conduct electricity?( as it is made up of both clay and graphite i was thinking wether clay+graphite mixture can conduct electricity or not)????

Yes pencil lead conducts electricity as its made up of graphite and in it valence electron are free to move and hence electricity is conducted

yes pencil lead conduct electricity because it is made up of graphite which is an allotrope of carbon it has 1 free electron to move and pencil lead is only caintain graphite not clay
