Mainly physical contact doesn't cause any disease , but there are some disease which spreads by even physical touch also .


Like as :-

# Common cold

# Sneezing ( without touch also )


And some of the disease get transferred by sexual contact . Though it is a physical contact , it also contacts internally .

So , some disease spread through physical contact .
