Does pure water conduct electricity?explain with suitable example

Pure water doesn't conduct electricity because it doesn't have free ions.

No the pure water doesn't contain electricity because it doesn't has ion, to conduct the electricity.

The solution which has ions in it conducts electricity.

For eg, if u will take salt water and arrange a set up (using a bulb as output) to see the results connecting wires to it.

When u will pass electric current u will c that the bulb will glow because the water contained salt which has ion this ion helps to glow the bulb.

But if u do this with normal tap water the bulb won't glow. This proves that pure water doesn't conduct electricity.
