No! pure or distilled water dont conduct electricity..B'coz of absence of any impurity like any ion.. Or some conducting substance,
So; to make water conducting have a visit to kitchen and bring some common salt(Nacl) and make it sol'n with pure water.
It will start conducting electricity due to formation of Na(cation)and Cl(anion)...hope it helps☺

Answer:

Pure water does not conduct electricity as it does not contain any type of salts. Adding, a small amount of Common salt (Sodium Chloride ie,.NaCl) will turn the water to a conducting medium.

Hope it helps ✅✌️
