SALUT AMIS !!

Let's have a quick recap on :

WHAT IS SHEARING ??

Shearing is the process of removing hair or fleece from the body of Sheep.This hair is used to make wool,a very expensive natural fibre.

DOES IT HURT SHEEP ??

Not really...The dead hair of the sheep is only sheared out.And so it won't feel any pain during this process just as we don't feel any pain while we get a hair cut..

As simple as that !!

Hope it helped u !!;-) :-D

 \textbf{Shearing} is the process of obtaining fleece(wool) from the body of sheeps.

 \textbf{Answer :}

No, shearing do not hurt the sheep.

Shearing is mostly done in or at the beggining of summer season so that the sheeps can feel comfortable during the hot and humid weathers.

Sheeps have a thin layer of dead cells below their fleece. Due to this thin layer of dead cells sheeps do not get hurt during shearing.
