it can decrease your life expectancy or you may die in early age....
the reason behind this is that , our body is like a machine and just like machines it also needs rest...
and if gets used for long duration without effective rest, our may stop work just like machines or it may not be efficient...

Excess of everything is bad. Food. Sleep. Work.
If a person works more than his body can, it leads to a bad health. Similarly, excessive sleep may decrease your health.
