yes sound , follows the same law like light but sound doesn't change its reflection even on rough surface so sound follows the law but not completely, the rays of some sound also passes straight and doesn't reflect which shows that the frequency of sound is more than light in comparison of threshold frequency of ground

Yes because sound wave is reflected just as a light wave. we saw that the sound wave or a wave both of these rays have incident rays and reflected by the same plane area at forming a equal angle of incident and reflection.
