Does state of rest or motion depend on the choice of surroundings? Give an example.

one of the example is when you are going on bus you think that you are test and sourroundings are in motion and when you are outside when you observe the bus u think that bus is in motion and u are rest

Yeah actually it depends on the surrounding let's take an example our environment we don't actually walk, run. We actually swim in the fluid so called air and water ..including other gases too.. But if you spill an oil consider it is a system surrounded by surrounding together forming universe .then I hardly doubt that you will move you can't because it requires friction to move so as space. If there will be no mass around you you will hardly move Because they curve the space around itself so as gravity exist .. You actually require mass to move as they attract in space ... For me no one is moving becauseWell what about this
1. Everything in the universe attracts each other that's why the gained what chemistry people call as stability.
2. Think like you and me holding each others hand running towards each other .. (There are 2 references basically well you can have infinite of them) for me you seem moving towards me and vice versa. But at the same time The whole universe expanding or subdividing not pretty sure about it. So the more we run towards each other the more our hands get stretched and hence I can't catch you vice versa thus it seems you are at the same place as we were ..thus we say we are at rest ..but thou we move each and every moment in search of stability. We are just lost in the time. What quantum mechanics describes is not for single world it's like constantly branching into others ..in which iam speaking to you in other of which iam speaking to someone else..actually this happens at the molecular level called as polarity after all we all are molecules and molecules we are just fixed or designed in a impossible manner that no one can create or design in the same way as we are today
If I get any chance or idea to arrange each and every atoms and molecules there I can create a new YOU and that will be the greatest success for humanity ... For me we just vibrate like atom do ..if you go far in space you will actually see nothing moving
