does the brook move slowly or at great speed? pls friends send me the answer as soon as possible !!!

first the brook moves with a great speed as it flows down the mountains and it symbolises youth but as it moves towards its destination, its pace becomes slow, it symbolises old age with its very slow and steady movement. So we can say that brook moves at a great speed in beginning but at last it becomes slow in movement.
