Bulb will glow because being a strong base furnishes and ions (which are responsible for electrical conductivity).

Explanation:

A strong acid/base conduct electricity easily. More strong means more the number of ions. Let us suppose, if you are connecting a bulb in a circuit with strong acid/base solution, bulb will glowaccordingly.. if you are connecting it with weak acid/base solution, bulb will notglow significantly.
