No. Change in profit sharing ratio does not result in dissolution as change it may occur at time of admission, retirement or death of a partner . Change in profit sharing ratio means dissolution of partnership.

However dissolution of partnership firm occurs by selling all assets and paying off all liabilities resulting in closure of business.
