Yes, there will be change in temperature, it will be decreased as this reaction is highly endothermic reaction. In this reaction energy is utilised or we give to convert water to hydrogen and oxygen.

The reaction of hydrogen and oxygen is an exothermic reaction because it liberates more energy than it absorbs. However, hydrogen and oxygen don’t automatically combine. They need an initial input of activation energy to overcome their metastable state, which destabilizes them so that they can combine into the more efficient form of water vapour. In the same way a gasoline-oxygen mixture requires a spark to ignite.
