If sphere is hollow then the charge will be on the surface only.
Inside the hollow sphere electric field is 0.
The reason is that in hollow sphere the given electric current is equal to the induced current.
If it is solid sphere then charge or say electric field is present inside and surface of the sphere.

no the charge given two metallic sphere does not depends on whether it is Hollow or solid
because weather is it is a solid or hollow charge can conduct from one side or one part of the sphere to another part of the sphere without any resistance because metal is present all over
