Yes the compound exhibit geometrical isomerism.

It is because carbon 1 and carbon 2 are chiral compound and are sp2 hybridised. ( geometrical isomerism necessary  condition : (1) both carbon must be sp2 hybridised (2) both carbon must be chiral compound .)
