the constitution provisions are
1 every person is equal before the law. the person from the person to the domestic worker had to obey the same law.
2 no person can discriminated on the basis of the religion, caste, raise, gender, place of birth etc.
3 every person has access to the public place like public road, transport , public toilets, play ground etc.
4 no person can bhee discriminated on the basis of untouchability, which has been abolished.

The exact content and interpretation of these rights varies from constitution to constitution. But most constitutions will protect a basic cluster of rights. Citizens will be protected from being arrested arbitrarily and for no reason. This is one basic limitation upon the power of government.
