Dispersing governance power in Democratic politics is a very controversial issue. All agitation in the recent past putting light of the above subject. The present political scenario in India shows total refusal to hear the voice of common man and is not ready to discard its unsuccessful result oriented governance authority simply because they do not want to decrease corruption. Leaders do not want to face trials in different courts. Sooner or later it will bring India into civil war.
