if it give satisfaction so please make it as brainliest-----.
The power of Supreme Court of India to decide disputes of election of President is conferred under article 71 of the Indian Constitution. It lays down that all disputes arising out of the election of President and vice President shall be inquired by the Supreme Court and its decision shall be final. This is included in the original jurisdiction of the Supreme Court. Under this jurisdiction of the court the election of V.V Giri as President and G.S Pathak as Vice President have been challenged now with the Apex Court upholding the election of both.
