It should be noted how "the enthalpy of formation" is defined:
The enthalpy change during the formation of 1 mole of the substance in the standard state (which is 1 bar) from its pure elements (again all at standard states).
Therefore, by definition, the pressure is assumed to be 1 bar and hence that's why the dependency of the enthalpy of formation against pressure is not listed in the tables.
However, if the pressure is considered a different value, the the enthalpy of formation would be different.
