Does the evolution to contemporary art can be considered a progress or development,or a contempt or disrespect to Philippine Art itself? Why do you say so?​

I don't think that Philippine art brings contempt or disrespect to philippine art.

• Art is a form of self-expression.
• Artists express their experiences, feelings, emotions, and ideas through arts.
• The scope of arts is beyond personal, it is a powerful tool to educate society about various relevant topics, including the history of the country, its significance, and its identity.
• The arts of the 21st century might not be sticking to the traditional ways but we should accept that the modern arts are unique and it has relevance.
• It reflects cultural diversity, technological advancement
• and environmental issues.
• It is not bringing contempt to Philippine art in any way.
